Mrs. Carter To Take Her Turn At Brooklyn’s Barclays Center

Several months ago, Beyonce made a cameo appearance during the closing night of Jay-Z’s residency at the Barclays Center. With her hubby a partial owner of the new Brooklyn venue, it made sense for Mrs. Carter to want to share in his triumph, to enjoy and add to the homecoming hype. So, bearing Bey’s wifely support in mind, and given the age-old precept – the couple who headlines the same venue together, stays together – we’ve decided that during Beyonce’s upcoming gig at the Barclays Center, Jay-Z should act in a manner similarly befitting of a significant other (certainly one whose wife has named her million-dollar, international tour after the name they share in holy wedlock) and perform “Crazy in Love” as the very, very least he can do.

We’ve heard nothing to confirm this, but we do know Beyonce will, definitely, perform at the venue next to Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club on August 3rd, as part of her Mrs. Carter World Tour.
