Death metal mainstays Cannibal Corpse is teaming up with their blackend Polish contemporaries Behemoth for a tour early next year. The two groups will kick things off at the House of Blues in New Orleans on January 28. After that, they’ll make a run through Texas, onto the Southwest, into California and up to Seattle, where they’ll play El Corazon on February 10. They’ll then play a series of shows through Canada, from Vancouver to Winnipeg, and then cross the border back into the US with a show in Minneapolis on February 17, which they’ll follow up with a leg of Midwest performances and shows in Toronto and Montreal. The guys will play a show in Boston on February 27 and then head South to play New York’s Webster Hall on February 28, and will keeping going on to Philadelphia, Maryland, Charlotte, Atlanta and Florida. They’ll close out the tour at Revolution Live in Ft. Lauderdale on March 7.

Formed in the late 80s in Buffalo, Cannibal Corpse has been enormously prolific in their over 25 years of activity, releasing a massive catalogue and gaining a devoted following with serious sales figures around the world…all without mainstream exposure. Behemouth, meanwhile, is originally from Gdańsk, Poland, and is known for their unique occult themes and style.
