Dying Fetus Tour

Staples on the American death metal scene for over a decade, Dying Fetus has announced a fall tour with other popular groups including Exhumed and Devourment. In a unique setup, the Dying Fetus live show will be the headliner of the set, but the tour is aimed to largely promote the new album from Exhumed, Necrocracy. The Dying Fetus concert will feature songs from their seven-album discography including the latest release, 2012’s Reign Supreme.

While there have been Dying Fetus tours since they were relative unknowns on the death metal scene in the early ’90s, the band’s internal composition has changed quite a bit. The only remaining original member is lead singer and guitarist John Gallagher (who has no relation to the brothers from Oasis, in case you were wondering… which would be a weird thing to wonder). Gallagher’s influence can be felt in every aspect of Dying Fetus music, including his sometimes political lyrics. Death metal fans are sure to get a charge out of this four-band lineup, and every night’s sure to end with an exclamation point from Dying Fetus.
