This Trick Ain’t Cheap
Riding that nostalgia wave high until it crests (hasn’t yet!), ’80s icons Cheap Trick have announced even more 2013 tour dates, bringing along fellow legend Pat Benatar and her husband, Neil Giraldo, for the ride down memory lane. No venues have been announced yet, but we do know the pair of acts will hit the road on June 7 with a performance in Lincoln, CA, and, from there, will visit several western states (Nevada and Arizona, in addition to California) through June, making one Virginia appearance, in Vienna, on August 20.
While Benatar and her hubby most recently completed a successful concert run down in New Zealand, Cheap Trick have also scheduled several dates abroad, specifically an appearance at Japan’s Summer Sonic Festival this August. Rumor has it the rockers are also working on a new album, which would mark their first since 2009’s The Latest (and which would also work to render that title obsolete…). Nothing’s been confirmed, however, although we do know for certain tickets to Cheap Trick & Pat Benatar’s tour are on sale now. Feel free to scroll through our discount links below, and don’t forget to check back here in the coming weeks to see if even more deals have been made available!

Previous News: Cheap Trick Tour 2013
Seventies power rockers Cheap Trick haven’t let up yet. They’ve more or less been on the road for the past thirty years, and this spring is no exception. The band will kick-off their tour in Tampa, Florida at the Funshine (I could go for a little of that right now) Festival. From there, they’ll play a variety of theaters and casinos with Pat Benatar. There’s also a show at the Moondance Jam in Walker, MN with Moltey Crue where things are sure to rock extra hard.
If you want to talk prolific rock n’ roll bands, then talk about Cheap Trick. In their thirty years as a band they’ve released sixteen albums (two titled Cheap Trick, c’mon guys) and have influenced other rock greats from Guns N’ Roses to Smashing Pumpkins. Known for their power jams, extensive guitar collection and fantastic live showmanship, be sure to catch these guys while they’re still rocking.
