The Chris Robinson Brotherhood aren’t exactly a brotherhood in the sense that they’re related by blood. But since a brotherhood is essentially a bond between people who share the same interests, maybe the name is quite fitting for the group. Led by Chris Robinson of the Black Crowes while the Black Crowes remain on a hiatus, the American blues-rock band will release their third album on April 29 entitled Phosphorescent Harvest. Accompanying the release of the new album will be a North American tour which will not only include some great venues, but also some festival dates as well.
The tour will officially kick off at the Wanee Festival in Live Oak, FL, on April 12. Hear the band’s new material live as the band makes its way out to California at the Terrapin Crossroads in San Rafael on both April 29 and April 30. Check them out at the Henry Miller Library in Big Sur, CA, on May 3 and 4. They’ll be performing in Denver, CO, on May 16 and 17 at the Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom so you won’t have an excuse to miss them. The last stop on their tour is actually a festival appearance at Mountain Jam starting on June 5 in Hunter, NY.
