Cymbals Eat Guitars Announce Fall Tour With More Talk of Mountains & Aliens
Cymbals Eat Guitars Tour
If there are two subjects Cymbals Eats Guitars know plenty about, it’s mountains and aliens. At least, that’s what the classic indie rock artists would have us believe owing to amount of times each is mentioned on their first two albums. But the band is temporarily putting their search for mountains and aliens on hold for a November tour with support from Mrs. Magician, Stagnant Pools, and Grooms. The tour will feature some of the new songs they have written which are expected to be released on a record coming out next year and may or may not feature the band’s favorite subject matter.

The tour kicks off on November 5 in Los Angeles, CA, at The Satellite. You can catch the band with Stagnant Pools at one of their Midwestern stops: Madison, WI, Grand Rapids, MI, or in Chicago at Schuba’s on November 15. The tour will end at the Knitting Factory in Brooklyn on November 23, but we’re positive by that time fans across the country will have heard at least one mention of either a mountain or an alien. Be sure to stay tuned to SeatGeek for more tour updates when the band releases the new record next year.
