(Update 9/10/15)

The tour kicks off on October 29 in Albany, NY, a the Times Union Center and wraps up with a two-night New Year’s Eve run at The Forum in Los Angeles, CA, from December 30-31. Tickets go on sale to the general public on August 28. Check below for a full list of dates.
**********
During the height of the Grateful Dead “core four” reunion madness, rumors of another potential Dead pairing started popping up. But instead of Trey filling in for Jerry, it was John Mayer stepping up to the plate. (Sure, the guy is a complete tool, but he can shred.) Images of Mayer jamming with Bob Weir surfaced online, and now, months later, the rumors have become a reality.
Dead & Company, the newest incarnation of GD–sans Phil–has emerged. It will feature Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann, Bob Weir and John Mayer, with Oteil Burbridge and Jeff Chimenti. Their first and only show is a big one: October 31 at Madison Square Garden. Tickets go on sale Friday via Ticketmaster, but you can find them on the secondary market via SeatGeek (listed below). No word on what other dates, if any, will be tacked on to this one. Stay tuned for more info as it is sure to unfold!
