Dopapod, the four-piece band that originated at Boston’sBerklee College and now call Brooklyn home, has announced dates for a 2013 tour. This comes after an extensive summer tour, and recent gigs in parts of the East Coast. The 2013 tour kicks off on January 29 with a show in Bloomington, IN, at The Bluebird, and wraps up with a performance at NYC’sHighline Ballroom on February 21, with stops in the Midwest and South in between. Papadosio and Ultraviolet Hippopotamus will act as support.
Besides the 2013 tour dates, Dopapod also has some fun New Year’s Eve plans, which kick off on December 28, at Nectars in Burlington, VT, and end with a NYE show in Richmond, VA, at The National. In case you were wondering if these dudes were constantly on tour, the answer is yes. Which means there’s no excuse for you to not check them out next time they hit up a city near you.
