Dr. Dog To Play SF’s Bottom Of The Hill
Dr. Dog Tour
With an October 1 release date for their latest studio album, B-Room, and a full list of supporting tour dates (cities on the tour include Nashville, TN; New Orleans, LA; Redmond, WA; Cleveland, OH; and Boston, MA), rock band Dr. Dog has their collective plate full this fall. But it’s their show at Bottom Of The Hill in San Francisco that fans are taking note of. BOTH is a super-intimate, super-cool venue chosen by Rolling Stone as the “the best place to hear live music in San Francisco.” Tons of excellent acts play there seven days a week, from unknowns to more established bands. Tickets for this intimate show are on sale now (they’re will-call only, FYI), so get them while you can.
Dr. Dog got their start in West Grove, PA, with Toby Leaman, Scott McMicken, Frank McElroy, Zach Miller, and Eric Slick making its lineup. With an indie rock sound influenced by The Beatles and The Beach Boys, the band has released six albums with a seventh on the way, as well as three EPs.
