EOTO Launches Fall Tour
Electronic jammers Jason Hann and Michael Travis are bringing back EOTO this fall, hitting the road for more of their 100% improvised EDM shows. Dubbed “Outer Orbit Tour”, the tour will kick off at the Crofoot Ballroom in Pontiac, MI on September 25 before visiting Chicago, IL; Lincoln, NE; St. Louis, MO; Milwaukee, WI; Urbana, IL; Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; Birmingham, AL; New York, NY (at Stage 48); Los Angeles, CA (at the El Rey Theatre); Reno, NV; and many more. The tour ends on December 13 at the Ogden Theatre in Denver, CO. EOTO is known for their visually stunning shows, employing a variety of 3D lasers and other visuals, and this tour is no different. Michael Travis and Jason Hann created EOTO as a side project in 2006. Their music is created without the use of prerecorded loops, meaning that all of the music the electronic duo generates is made right when you hear it and not before. They played their first show at Sonic Bloom in May 2006, and by 2008, they were playing over 200 live shows a year. They’ve released three studio albums.
