Falling In Reverse‘s breakout album took the tortoise’s route to reaching RIAA certification. But, just like in the fable, all that matters is that the emo act got there. Nearly 9 years after The Drug In Me Is You was shared with the world, it’s finally certified gold. To celebrate, the band is dusting off the fan favorite album for a tour.

Dubbed The Drug In Me Is Gold, the quick run of dates will hit just about every corner of the United States. Escape The Fate and The World Alive will join in the celebration starting at San Antonio’s Aztec Theatre. A run across the Gulf South and into Florida follows, with the band turning back northward after a set at Revolution Live in Ft. Lauderdale. A show at New York’s Webster Hall and Toad’s Place in Connecticut ticks boxes for the Northeast before the band heads across the Midwest. St. Louis’ Pageant and Madison’s Sylvee get a turn ahead of West Coast shows in Seattle and Portland. The tour closes on March 3 at Sacramento’s Ace of Spades.
