If you’re a fan of the Foo Fighters, you’ve likely been following along with their popular HBO documentary series, Sonic Highways. The eight-part program follows the band as they travel to major cities in the U.S., exploring the history of music in each place and cutting a new song for their album with every stop. The final installment will air this Friday, taking place in none other than New York City. To celebrate, Grohl and his cronies will perform an intimate concert at Irving Plaza in the East Village on Friday.

Tickets for the show will go on sale 12/5–the same day as the performance–at the Irving Plaza box office for only $20. (This is in an effort to stop scalping, a tactic the band is using for their major world tour as well.) Sales begin at 5pm, doors open at 7pm, the final episode of Sonic Highways will air at 9pm, and the band will take the stage shortly thereafter. Hopefully you’ve saved some vacation time, as hardcore Foos will likely want to take the day off to get in line early. Good luck!
