Gillette Stadium Looking At Big Summer Concerts Ahead
Gillette Stadium Concerts
Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots, opened in 2002 and is located 21 miles southwest of downtown Boston. Since the doors were opened, the stadium has also played host to concerts featuring AC/DC, Elton John & Billy Joel, Bruce Sringsteen & The E Street Band, Bon Jovi, and Taylor Swift. The first ever concert held at Gillette Stadium was on September 5, 2002, when The Rolling Stones played there as part of their Licks tour.
Coming this year to New England are a host of big tours from some of music’s biggest names that will be staples on the stadium circuit throughout the summer. On July 20, Bon Jovi will rock the house; on both July 26 & 27, Taylor Swift will take the stage with Ed Sheeran as support and on August 23 & 24, Kenny Chesney will visit with Eric Church and Kacey Musgraves performing in support. As you can see, artists from the worlds of pop, country and rock and roll will be visiting Foxborough this summer, with potentially more on the horizon.
Tickets for all concerts as well as all other events at Gillette Stadium this summer can be found right here at SeatGeek.
