Greek Theatre Berkeley Concerts

The Greek Theatre Berkeley, located in Berkeley, CA, just outside the Bay Area of San Francisco and Oakland, was opened way way back in 1903 and has been a home each summer for pop, rock, folk and world music concerts. It is a true gem among outdoor concert venues in the United States.

Bands and artists that have frequented the Greek Theatre Berkeley over the years include the following: The Grateful Dead a total of 28 times; Widespread Panic a total of 11 times; Elton John a total of 11 times; Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers a total of seven times; Jack Johnson; Dave Matthews Band; Wilco; Phish and Counting Crows.

This summer, the following bands and artists are on the concert calendar at the Greek Theatre Berkeley: Mumford & Sons from May 29 through May 31; The Postal Service on July 26 and July 27; fun. on September 6 and September 8 and Furthur from September 27 through September 29.
