Guns N’ Roses Reach Democracy, Add Tour Dates
With all that plastic surgery and Chinese democracy at an end, Guns N’ Roses is happily (we think) hitting the road this spring and summer with a string of solo and festival shows. In fact, they’ve expanded their North American tour plans with an addition of two headline tour dates to take place this June. This includes a show at the Lonestar Amphitheatre in Lubbock, Texas on June 1, as well as a June 2 show in Kansas City, Missouri at The Midland by AMC. Previously announced festival shows include Rocklahoma in Pryor, Oklahoma; River City Rockfest in San Antonio, Texas; and Governors Ball in New York City.

Guns N’ Roses isn’t stopping with their tour – they’ve also recently announced plans for the release of Appetite For Democracy 3D. The concert film, recorded in Las Vegas at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino during the band’s “Appetite for Democracy” residency last fall, will be like being at a real concert – especially when you wear those 3D glasses! The movie will be released in theaters, as well as on DVD and Blu-Ray.
