Sorry, Frozen haters—there’s no way this movie is going away anytime soon. “Let It Go” chanteuse and, oh, one of the greatest Broadway performers of all time (she’s currently starring in If/Then on the Great White Way), Idina Menzel, is launching a global concert tour next year. She’ll kick off the North American portion next summer, starting July 7 at the Altria Theater in Richmond, VA. From there, Menzel will visit Baltimore, MD; Uncasville, CT; Bethlehem, PA; Wantagh, NY; Raleigh, NC (at Red Hat Amphitheatre); Clearwater, FL; Houston, TX; New Orleans, LA; Austin, TX; San Diego, CA; Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL; and more, all the way through October. The final date for the tour will be October 3 at the famed Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, CA. Amex cardholders get first dibs at tickets—their presale starts December 1. Everyone else has to wait until December 5 for the general on-sale. For more information about the tour, visit Menzel’s website.

Born on Long Island, New York, Idina Menzel got her start singing at wedding and bat mitzvahs. She rose to prominence on Broadway by originating the role of Maureen Johnson in RENT, and later Elphaba in Wicked (for which she won a Tony Award for Best Leading Actress in a Musical). Fun fact: Menzel is the only competitive Tony Award-winning actress to reach the U.S. Top Ten Billboard charts with Frozen’s hit single, “Let It Go.”
