Jason Aldean Tour

Country star Jason Aldean has, after a little hiatus, finally released plans for more tour dates in 2014 to augment his already busy schedule. Announced on Good Morning America, all gigs on the “Burn It Down” tour, as it’s dubbed, will be played mostly at Major League Baseball stadiums through the US. Aldean is expected to play around 50 concerts over the course of his tour, but instead of releasing a full venue list at once, he’s giving them out in small doses—the element of surprise, we suppose. So far on the list are stops in Baton Rouge, LA; Jacksonville, FL; Austin, TX; and State College, PA; to name a few. Ticketing and venue information will be available via Aldean’s website.

Since 2005, Jason Aldean has released five albums and sixteen singles via Broken Bow Records. Three of those albums are certified at least platinum, and his latest album—Night Train—is nominated for Best Country Album at this year’s Grammy Awards, to be given out next month. Ten of Aldean’s singles have hit the top spot on the charts, including: “She’s Country,” “Why,” “Take a Little Ride,” “The Only Way I Know,” “Night Train” and “Big Green Tractor.”
