Jello Biafra and The Guantanamo School of Medicine have announced a 10-day, eight-concert tour in May. This Australia-only tour will mark the first time in over 30 years that Jello Biafra has appeared there. The former Dead Kennedy’s frontman has been been touring the US with his new musical project, The Guantanamo School of Medicine.
The tour will begin in Adelaide, Australia on May 10 and will include performance from Grong Grong. Jello and his crew will head straight to Melbourne on the May 11-12 for consecutive shows at the Corner Hotel. The tour continues with only one show over the following three days on May 14 in Perth, Australia at the Rosemount Hotel. The musical tour will conclude with four shows in four nights in Brisbane, Coolangatta, Sydney, and Newcastle May 16-19. The Celibate Rifles, Hard-Ons, and Zeahorse will all join the group at the various concerts to perform. No other dates have been announced for the Australian tour, but stay tuned to SeatGeek for more updates.
