Will the Jonas Brothers Tour Behind Their Reunion?
The Jonas Brothers never really went away. Nick Jonas stuck to the radio with dance-floor songs like “Jealous.” Joe Jonas formed another band to put out the hit “Cake By The Ocean.” However, the proper Jonas Brothers–the “Burnin’ Up” brothers, the “Year 3000” brothers, the Camp Rock JoBros–haven’t been a thing since 2013.
The band split a full four years after their last studio album (2009’s Lines, Vines and Trying Times), meaning it’s been nearly a decade since we heard any new music from the siblings. That changes this week with the release of a new single called “Sucker.”
The sudden burst of new music is going to come with a run of reunion tour dates, with the band playing all their old hits alongside the new material. The group haven’t shared official tour dates yet, but you can likely expect old Disney workhorses to be up for the challenge of a massive outing.
The Jonases will likely stop into just about every mid-sized town and city in the country when they hit the road behind the new album. The dates aren’t out yet, but check back into this space for more details when they do share their planned shows.
