Journey & Deep Purple Tour

New Zealand and Australia will be getting a dose of ’70s and ’80s American and English rock this coming February and March with a joint tour featuring Deep Purple and Journey. Set to kick off February 24 in Auckland at Vector Arena, the tour will visit Boondall on February 26 at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre; Melbourne on March 1 at the Rod Laver Arena; Darling Harbour on March 2 at the Sydney Entertainment Centre; Hindmarsh on March 4 at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre; and Perth on March 7 at the Perth Arena.

Journey, who have sold over 80 million albums worldwide, and Deep Purple, who have sold 100 million albums worldwide, are bringing a catalog of huge hits to their Aussie and New Zealand fans. Deep Purple’s catalog features hits such as “Smoke On The Water,” “My Woman from Tokyo,” and “Hush,” while the catalog of Journey features “Don’t Stop Believin’,” “Who’s Crying Now” and “Wheel in the Sky.”
