Kacey Musgraves has made a name for herself in the margins. Pushed out to the edge by the reactionary politics of modern country, and country radio’s giant problem with women, the just-short-of-superstar was able to say and do things that would give middle-of-the-road country bros nightmares. Her latest album, Golden Hour, is her boldest experiment yet, grabbing accolades and critical adoration as it blurs the line between pop music and genres like disco and pop.

Of course, this sort of weird, hard-to-define country music didn’t do Musgraves any favors with radio programmers but that won’t stop her fans from singing every word when she hits the road for another leg of her Oh, What A World tour.

Musgraves added a new run of 17 dates to said North American trek, kicking off at the Vina Robles Amphitheatre on August 24. After that the tour will make stops through the Southwest, the Midwest and the Carolinas before ending with two nights at New Orleans’ recently opened outpost of The Fillmore. Tickets go on sale February 8; take a look at the dates below.
