Kelly Rowland Tour 2013

Destiny Child alumna and collaborator extraordinaire Kelly Rowland is striking out on her own, embarking on a brand-new tour this coming spring and summer. Ms. Rowland’s brief round of shows gets going next month, in Kansas City, MO, on the 24th, and will last through the rest of May and into late June. Visiting US venues only, Kelly will bring her much-hyped series to a wrap on June 26 in San Francisco, CA.

Joining Kelly for all dates will be producer-to-the-stars, The-Dream. The duo have named their concert trek the Lights Out Tour, an appropriately fitting title for an event dedicated to smooth R&B. Equally fitting are the two artists’ shared promotional aims: Both have new albums they’re eager to advance. Kelly’s fourth LP, Talk A Good Game, is slated to drop June 18, while The-Dream’s own IV Play is set to hit shelves – and be made available for download – May 28.
