Previous News

Kid Rock is teaming up with a fellow Detroit rocker for two special gigs in the middle of their respective tours. Rock, who will kick off his Rebel Soul tour on February 2 in Kansas City at the Sprint Center, will team up with none other than Bob Seger, who will kick off his own Rock & Roll Never Forgets tour on February 27 in Toledo at The Huntington Center.

The two dates for the joint headlining gigs are on March 15 in Saint Paul, Minnesota at the Xcel Energy Center and March 16 in Fargo, North Dakota at the Fargodome.

Tickets for the Kid Rock and Bob Seger shows go on sale to the general public on January 26.

UPDATE

Kid Rock’s Rebel Soul tour continues to get even bigger and promises that more dates are coming soon. New dates recently announced include March dates in Sioux Falls (SD), Madison (WI), Toledo (OH), Columbus (OH), Youngstown (OH), Ft. Wayne (IN), Bloomington (IL) and Omaha (NE). In April, the native of Detroit will visit Evansville (IN), Grand Rapids (MI) and Saginaw (MI).

The tour is in support of his new album by the same name, which currently sits in the #49 slot on the iTunes album chart.

With the dates on the tour being in the South and now branching out to the Midwest, one can expect that East Coast and West Coast dates will be coming soon.

Tickets for the shows in Sioux Falls, Madison, Toledo, Columbus, Youngstown, Fort Wayne and Omaha go on sale to the general public this coming Friday, December 21.

Kid Rock 2013 Tour Dates & Tickets

UPDATE

As we alluded to back in September (see below), Kid Rock hinted at plans to support his new album “Rebel Soul” with a full scale tour in 2013. Now we know the details of the tour with the reveal of the first seventeen dates on the February and March trek, with the potential for more to come. The tour kicks off February 2 in Kansas City at the Sprint Center and will visit cities that include Tulsa, Wichita, Nashville, New Orleans, Birmingham, Huntsville, Knoxville, Memphis and Louisville.

Given the southern flavor of the newly announced dates, you can expect more dates to be announced soon. Tickets for some of the shows began going on sale this past Friday, November 30.

PREVIOUS POST: Kid Rock Hints At Tour With Reveal Of New Album

Kid Rock, the son of Detroit who is a road warrior when he does hit the touring scene, revealed his plans to release a new album “Rebel Soul” on November 19. Keep a listen to your radio, as the first single “Let’s Ride” will hit the airwaves soon.

This follow up to 2010’s “Born Free” will look to be the seventh top 10 album for Kid Rock. He has sold over 24 million albums in his career across the United States alone.

Contrary to what we normally hear with the release of new album news, he revealed his plans to have a “full assault” in terms of a tour to support the album. No specifics to report yet, but we will be sure to have them once those details are released. It will probably be one of the bigger tours in 2013. Stay tuned.
