Killswitch Engage Tour 2013

Metalcore mavericks and Grammy-nominated group Killswitch Engage will tour the US this summer, performing live across the country in an effort to promote their sixth album, Disarm The Descent. A gig in Oklahoma City on May 31 will mark the group’s first stop, quickly followed by a few southern dates, some East Coast shows slated for the very beginning of June, a Canadian pitstop in Quebec on June 14, and, finally, a clutch of Midwest performances lasting all the way through July 8 to round out the series.

As I Lay Dying have also agreed to support their fellow metal-heads for all dates. Killswitch Engage singer Jesse Leach had this to say about the upcoming tour: “Everyone in the Killswitch family is excited to get out on our first U.S. headlining tour in support of our new record… We are hitting some great cities and have a great mix of songs from every era of Killswitch, as well as of course a handful of new ones.”
