Regular Charli XCX and Sophie collaborator Kim Petras is working on being a pop star in her own right. Fans can expect a great show as she’s putting that desire to become global into the tour behind her just released album Clarity.

In a recent interview with Billboard, Petras explained where she sees herself and laid out a sort of five-year pop plan.

“This is still my building phase. I’m still not close to where I want to be,” she said. “I want to be as successful as I can be, and that’s it! I just want to kill it and be a huge star.”

Expect Petras to roll out spectacles worthy of A-list status when she tours North America this fall. Her Clarity tour kicks off at Vancouver’s Vogue Theater on October 21. From there, she’ll head down the West Coast to shows at Portland’s Roseland Theater and Los Angeles’ Shrine. She’ll cut across Texas on her way to shows in Atlanta and Orlando before cutting up toward Brooklyn’s Avant Gardner. The tour cuts back across the US for a series of Midwest and Mountain West shows before closing out at The Observatory in San Diego on December 8.
