Less Than Jake Tour

Ska-punk extraordinaires Less Than Jake have just announced dates for their “Fat Tour 2013” to kick off this fall. The tour’s first show will take place in the band’s home state of Florida (in Pensacola, to be exact) on November 4, and they’ll be making stops in Baltimore, MD; New York, NY; Boston, MA; Pontiac, MI; Lawrence, KS; Fort Collins, CO; San Francisco, CA: Los Angeles, CA; and Austin, TX. The tour’s last stop is in Houston at Scout Bar on December 6. Joining Less Than Jake on “Fat Tour 2013” will be Anti-Flag, Masked Intruder, and Get Dead. Separate from the tour, Less Than Jake will headline the Starland Ballroom’s Skanksgiving Show with Big D & The Kids Table and Red City Radio on November 9. Less Than Jake got their start in 1992 in Gainesville, FL. Though their debut album, Pezcore was released in 1995, the band didn’t achieve significant commercial success until 2003 with the release of fifth studio album Anthem. Less Than Jake’s newest album, to be called See The Light, is scheduled to be released on November 12, 2013, so get a copy and sing along with the tour.
