UPDATE: Lil’ Wayne’s I Am Still Music Tour has been extended through mid-September.  The new dates are listed below, and tickets will go on sale starting the weekend of May 20th. The second leg of the tour kicks off July 13 at the Comcast Theater in Hartford, CT.

On February 4th, Lil Wayne’s I Am Still Music Tour tickets went on sale, only to be sold out at the country’s most popular venues within minutes.  With Lil Wayne out of jail and back in the studio, looking at a Spring 2011 release of Tha Carter IV, hopefully his new tour will be full of new songs and feature collaboration performances with Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, and Travis Barker.

One interesting fact about the ‘I Am Still Music’ Tour is that there is no NYC show.  Until future notice, Lil Wayne will stop performing in NYC because it was the NYPD that charged him for gun possession.  Fortunately for NYC fans, Lil Wayne will still be playing nearby at Nassau Coliseum.

The ‘I Am Still Music’ Tour kicks off in Buffalo on March 18th and ends in Vancouver on April 29th.  If you can’t go to any of these shows, you can still catch Weezy at the Bamboozle 2011 on May 1st.
