Marilyn Manson Plans North American Tour
The self-proclaimed Antichrist himself, Marilyn Manson, is fresh off a supporting role on this season’s Sons of Anarchy and has just finished his upcoming album, The Pale Emperor, so what’s next? A tour, of course! The rocker is all set to tour North America, starting things off in Washington, DC at The Fillmore on January 21. After our nation’s capital, Manson travels to Philadelphia, PA; New York, NY (at Terminal 5); Huntington, NY; Boston, MA; Pittsburgh, PA; Detroit, MI (at The Fillmore); Milwaukee, WI: St. Louis, MO; Denver, CO; Tempe, AZ; and, finally, Las Vegas, NV, for a show at the House of Blues on February 14 (what a romantic Valentine’s Day treat!). Tickets for the tour go on sale this Friday, November 21, and all buyers will receive a digital copy of Manson’s new album when it is released on January 20. For more information on ticketing and on-sale times, visit Manson’s website.
Brian Warner, aka Marilyn Manson, rose to prominence with his albums Antichrist Superstar (released in 1996) and Mechanical Animals (released in 1998). Though his persona is fraught with controversy, his music has been very successful—three of his albums have been awarded platinum status by the RIAA, and three have gone gold.
