The Marshall Tucker Band are one of the few Southern Rock pioneers still playing the swampy brand of guitar music they helped make famous. With Lynyrd Skynyrd over and done with and the Allmans passed on, Marshall Tucker is a rare living link to the legendary past. The group is heading out on tour to play for old fans and new starting on September 5.

The Through Hell & High Water…and Back Tour starts at Uncle Sam’s Amphitheatre in Washington and runs through the Pacific Northwest and West Coast for the first two weeks of September. After that, the band heads east rather quickly to play Georgia’s The Eagle at Sugar Hill. November finds the band tooling around the Northeast before closing out at the Suffolk Theater on December 8.
