The weather outside may be frightful (well, not yet, anyway), but doesn’t a Christmastime concert series with country superstar Martina McBride sound just, well, delightful? McBride will launch her annual “The Joy of Christmas” tour on November 29 in Huntington, WV, where she’ll sing all the traditional Christmas tunes, i.e. “Let It Snow,” “I’ll Be Home For Christmas” and “Jingle Bells”) and hymns like “O Holy Night” and “O Come All Ye Faithful.” She will be backed by a 12-piece band (with a string section – ooh!) and video screens with seasonal themes when she plays her shows in Louisville, KY; Nashville, TN; Sioux City, IA; Green Bay, WI; and Bloomington, IL, among others. Also on the docket for “The Joy Of Christmas” Tour?
