Update 7/7/15: Due to a vocal chord hemorrhage, Meghan Trainor has been forced to postpone the beginning of her “M Train” tour.  The singer posted on Instagram: “I have never missed a tour date before so this is killing me. I love you all very much and want to get healed quickly so I can show you this amazing tour we’ve been working on.” Dates affected include Atlantic City, Connecticut, Chicago, Detroit, plus her performance at Common Music Festival in Lansing, MI. While she will not be performing at the festival, all other dates have been rescheduled. Find them below in bold.

At first glance, Meghan Trainor may seem like another Taylor Swift knock-off–a drop in the bucket of poppy singer/songwriters currently flooding the market. But after studying up on the 21-year-old’s credentials, one may find that looks can be deceiving. Trainor began her musical career at age 6, and by age 11 was writing songs. At age 15 she had already produced and released a self-titled album, and by the time she was a student at Berklee College of Music, she was winning songwriting competitions across the U.S. In 2014, the Massachusetts-born talent landed a deal with Epic Records, where L.A. Reid helped her release “All About That Bass” as a single. And the rest… is history.

To celebrate her rapid success (and to promote her latest single, Dear Future Husband), Trainor has announced dates for a second headlining tour. Kicking off on July 3 at the Borgata in Atlantic City, fans from coast to coast will have the chance to see the singer in the flesh. Trainor has also just announced that Olivia Somerlyn will join her as opener for her European dates, but no word yet on who will support her in the U.S. Check below for a full list of tour dates, as well as a list of tickets available on the secondary market.
