Motley Crue Go For Lucky Number 34 With Canadian Tour
UPDATE
Although no specific venues have been announced yet, Motley Crue have released the dates for their upcoming round of US concerts. The Crue will visit Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Minnesota, and Wisconsin (the last two for festival appearances: at Moondance Jam and Rockfest, respectively) this May-July. Although the band have only booked nine performances so far, be sure to check back here if (probably!) they add more shows to their national trek:

Motley Crue Tour
One of the hardest head-banging acts in showbiz is gearing up for yet another round of adrenalized concerts: Motley Crue will embark on a Canadian tour this spring. Call it the Year of the Aging Rockstar Defying Biology, the Crue gang joins fellow timeless performers The Rolling Stones, David Bowie and KISS, with whom they toured in 2012, as part of a recent classic-rock resurgence. Lacking a new album to promote, the group’s fans can expect nothing but hits from Motley Crue’s impressive discography, going back 33 years, to dominate each night’s setlist.

The untitled Canadian jaunt featuring relative upstarts Big Wreck will mark Motley Crue’s 34th tour. The roadtrip vets have scheduled performances in British Columbia and Alberta throughout April, and will visit Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec this May. Rumor has it the band are also hard at work on a new album, although details – including title, release date and potential collaborators – are still TBA.
