Two of the biggest names in hip-hop are teaming up for a fall tour beginning this October. Earlier today (9/19), Nas and Lauryn Hill announced plans to begin their collaborative concert series, the Life is Good/Black Rage Tour, in Dallas, TX, on the 29th, visiting venues along the East Coast and Midwest through mid-November.

The pair previously performed together in June at the Hot 97 Summer Jam, while Hill was featured on Nas‘ “If I Ruled the World” back in 1996. With proven complementary styles, the question isn’t why perform a series of shows (named for him-and-her promotions: his new album, her new single) now, but rather, why haven’t they ever done it before…?
