Formed in Las Vegas and discovered by Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz (when they sent Wentz via LiveJournal a copy of their demos), Panic! At The Disco have been nominated for two Grammy Awards and seven MTV Video Music Awards, with one win in 2006 for Video of the Year for the hit single,”I Write Sins Not Tragedies.” The band’s previous album release was 2011’s Vices & Virtues, which included the single “The Ballad of Mona Lisa.”
