Paramore Announce UK Tour Dates 2013

Following the recent release of their new self-titled album on April 9, 2013, Paramore hit the road across the U.S. to the delight of fans nationwide. It had been four years since their last album, Brand New Eyes, (which included hits like “Ignorance” and “Brick by Boring Brick”) released, so the new tunes and live dates are very much welcome by long-time fans.

Despite a few headline-making feuds, which included the departure of two bandmates, as well as a 2011 interview on MTV covering the spat, Hayley Williams and the gang took the stage and assured their fans that Paramore are “far from fizzling out” and are “pumped about what’s in store.” If her words aren’t enough, then the solid reviews of the new album and growing list of tour dates should be a signifier for both fans and critics alike that they’re not going anywhere. Paramore plans to keep the party going through the end of September with new dates announced for The O2 in Ireland, a stop at Le Zenith in France, and a whole handful of shows in the United Kingdom. Check out dates below for a show near you.

With still no news to report of a tour, Paramore has revealed the trailer for their upcoming new self-titled album, set for release on April 8.

In advance of the new album, comes the lead single “Now” which the band also revealed artwork for. As mentioned earlier, the album and new music will be the band’s first since their last album Brand New Eyes was released in 2009.

Keep checking back with us as any news of a tour is revealed. Hopefully soon!

Paramore – New Album Trailer

Paramore – “Now” Artwork

Earlier in the year back in August, there was some Paramore news as the band played a handul of dates in the United Kingdom, including festival appearances at the Reading and Leeds festivals. At the time, the only other news to report was that the band was in the studio recording their fourth album with no line of sight as to when it would be released.

Fast forward 5 months, and what we have now to report is a date for their highly anticipated follow up to their last album “Brand New Eyes,” which went platinum in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland and gold in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

On April 9, 2013, the Franklin, Tennessee band will release their fourth studio album, which will be self-titled and will feature the lead single “Now.” The band has yet to reveal a tour to support the new release, but you can bet that is sure to come in the coming months. Once that announcement is made, we will bring you the scoop right here at SeatGeek as well as the best deals on all Paramore tickets.

Paramore, whose last album “Bright New Eyes” actually went platinum in the United Kingdom, will be touring across the pond this August for a series of 4 tour dates.

With band member departures and other behind-the-scenes drama apparently over, the band has been busy working on their fourth studio album, which does not have a release date as of yet.

As for the United Kingdom dates, the band will play in Belfast on August 19, Edinburgh on August 21, at the Reading Festival on August 24 and at the Leeds Festival on August 25.
