Passion Pit Set Their Sights on MSG
Reigning indie kings Passion Pit have announced plans to take their popular electropop stylings to NYC’s premier venue, Madison Square Garden, early next year. The boys from outside Boston will perform in support of their most recent release, Gossamer, and will be joined by another group with anti-mainstream clout: opener Matt & Kim.

After rallying around frontman Michael Angelokos while he dealt with unspecified mental health issues earlier this fall, the ensemble could use the professional, personal and collective ego boost a headlining gig at MSG would provide.
