They’re just halfway through their current summer run, and already Phish has announced a fall tour. Unsurprisingly to fans (when summer tour dates were announced, the band said that there would be no additional East Coast dates in the fall), the shows will take place exclusively on the West Coast. The tour kicks off on October 17 in Eugene, OR, at the Matthew Knight Arena. Besides a performance the following night in Seattle, the remaining 10 dates will be split up between California and Las Vegas.
We already found out earlier today (thanks to a Live Nation leak) that they’ll perform at the Forum in Inglewood on October 24 (for the first time since 2/14/03), and hopeful San Fran residents have had their 3-night Bill Graham run confirmed (from 10/27 – 29). But those placing their bets that Phish would spend Halloween with them in Vegas–let’s hope you booked the correct hotel room dates: October 31 through November 2 will see the four-piece jam band at the MGM Grand Arena. An epic fall tour for sure– now the only remaining question is where the band will spend their New Year’s Eve.
