Pitbull New Year’s Eve Miami

Last year the dance-rap big-shot Pitbull had Times Square jumping in time to “I Know You Want Me,” during New Year’s Rockin’ Eve. This year, he’ll headline a New Year’s party of his own, at the AmericanAirlines Arena in Miami. It should make for a lengthier, probably sweatier show than last year’s, but Florida fans hoping to catch Pitbull this time can also expect a string of special guests, and of course the reliable boost of dance-floor thumping excitement.

The last evening of 2012 will mark a homecoming for the Miami-born-and-bred megastar. Pitbull has been jet-setting and making tour stops around the world ever since his fall release Global Warming. He’ll be tackling several dates in Las Vegas and another in Oklahoma before the evening he’s scheduled to turn the Miami Heat’s stage into his own.
