Rage Against The Machine announced a series of reunion tour dates in 2020, including two performances at Coachella.

The rap-rock band offered many young Americans in the ’90s with their first glimpse of left-wing ideology after albums like Evil Empire and The Battle of Los Angeles hit rock radio like a brick through a bank window. The latter was their last original album of new material, and they’ve toured on their catalog at occasional reunion shows in the two decades since. Even those occasional get-togethers have been hard to come by recently, though. These newly announced shows are their first since 2011.

Outside of the two appearances at Coachella, very little is known about Rage’s 2020 tour. Consequence of Sound claims that there are more shows coming after the five announced dates, but nothing has been confirmed by the band. In fact, no venues were shared for the three non-Coachella dates, which all take place in towns near the US-Mexico border. The band shared the town names and show dates on their Instagram along with a photo of the ongoing, anti-austerity protests in Chile.

Coachella tickets are available now. Other Rage Against The Machine tickets will become available closer to the show dates. Take a look at the full list of announced tour dates below.
