Musician/Comedian Reggie Watts has announced the first few dates of his very own world tour for this fall. Watts will kick thing off on September 4 at the Vogue Theater in Vancouver. From there, it’s on to a show at the Aladdin Theater in Portland on September 10; followed by a couple shows on Funny or Die’s Oddball Comedy and Curiosity Festival, specifically in Texas, the Woodlands on September 20 and Austin on September 21. After that, Watts will fly out to play a series of shows through Australia — first at Fortitude Valley on October 12, then Melbourne on October 13, Sydney at the Syndey Opera House from October 16 to 19, and Mount Lawley on October 21. Additional dates and venues are likely to come and we’ll keep you updated once we know more.

Known for his improvised performances, typically using just his voice, a keyboard, and a looping machine, Reggie Watts spent the first half of his career collaborating in various groups. He gained attention with his 2010 special Why Shit So Crazy?, which he followed up with 2012 Reggie Watts: A “Live” in Central Park. Watts is also known for his appearances in a variety of online viral videos and as the co-host of the IFC show Comedy Bang Bang.
