LA-based electronica producer and artist Shlohmo has been busy. First, he revealed that he singed with label True Panther, then he dropped a new single (which you can listen to below), AND he just announced plans for a massive North American tour next year. He’ll kick things off at the Casbah in San Diego on March 31. After that, it’s a show in Phoenix before a run through Texas, followed by a performance in New Orleans on April 6. He’ll play U Street Music Hall in Washington DC on April 8 and then keeping North, playing shows in Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Vermont, and then into Canada (Montreal on April 15 and then Toronto on April 16). Shlohmo will play through the Midwest with shows in Chicago, St Louis and Denver, before making his way to the West Coast with a show at Portland’s Branx on April 26. From there, he’ll make his way down the West Coast through California before closing out the tour on May 7 at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles.

Real name Henry Laufer, Shlohmo began releasing music in 2009. He’s collaborated with BANKS, Jeremihm, Tomas Barfod and more. He’s also a founding member of the Wedidit collective. His 2011 debut studio album Bad Vibes received favorable reception from most critics.
