Shook Twins Add West Coast Leg To Tour
Shook Twins, a folk duo consisting of identical twins Katelyn and Laurie Shook (makes sense, doesn’t it?), have added a West Coast leg to the tour they’re currently on. They’ll start their time on the Pacific side of the country in Bellingham, WA on November 13 at Wild Buffalo before continuing onto Seattle, WA; Spokane, WA; Missoula, MT; Salt Lake City, UT (at the State Room); Boise, ID; Eugene, OR; Hayfork, CA; Chico, CA (at Lost on Main); Oakland, CA; and, finally, Arcata, CA, at Humboldt Brews. Shook Twins are currently making their way through the country, so be sure to check out their other tour dates below if you’re not on the West Coast. Tickets for all dates are available now.
Originally from Sandpoint, ID and currently based in Portland, OR, identical twin sisters Katelyn and Laurie Shook have been playing music together since 2004. They primarily play as a quartet, with double bassist Kyle Volkman and bassist and guitarist Niko Daoussis joining them on the stage. They’ve performed with and opened for such revered acts as Ryan Adams, Mason Jennings, Laura Veirs, Jonatha Brooke, The Head and the Heart, and many more.
