Sleep Train Arena Concerts

Sleep Train Arena, home of the Sacramento Kings and the smallest arena in the NBA with a seating capacity of 17,317, opened back in 1988 as ARCO Arena and hosts roughly 200 spectator events each year.

Over the years, concerts that have played the venue include a variety of bands and artists from a wide representation of musical genres, but definitely well-represented from hard rock and heavy metal: Dave Matthews Band a total of four times; Def Leppard a total of four times; Korn three times; Journey; Rush; Iron Maiden; Marilyn Manson; Slayer; Metallica and George Strait.

This spring and summer, the following concerts will take place at the 25 year old venue: Pitbull and Kesha on June 13; Fleetwood Mac on July 6; Bruno Mars on July 24 and Taylor Swift on August 27.
