Hey guys, Smash Mouth is back! You know, Smash Mouth? The dudes who sang “Walking on the Sun,” “All Star,” and that awesome cover of The Monkees’ “I’m A Believer?” Sure, the 18-year-old pop group may not have had a hit since 1999, but yesterday the band announced they’ll be touring Australia in support of their first album release in six years.

The 11-track album, titled Magic, will drop onSeptember 7, although the tour won’t get underway until mid October. This means all of you Aussies out there have plenty of time to memorize each and every lyric before the tour begins October 18 in Wollongong at the Waves venue. The Wollongong gig is one of seven on the docket, with things wrapping up on October 28 in Fremantle at the Metropolis. Smash Mouth will be touring with three out of five of the original band members, including vocalist Steve Harwell. Australian rocker Kid Mac will perform as tour support.
