Spiritualized Announces West Coast Tour Dates for April
Spiritualized Tour
Spiritualized, an Engish space-rock band, have announced dates for a U.S. tour. The string of shows will take place throughout the West Coast, and kicks off on April 4, in Denver, CO, at The Bluebird Theater. The psychedelic six-piece will also head to Salt Lake City, UT, on April 5, for a show at Urban Lounge, before heading to Portland, OR, at the Wonder Ballroom on April 9. The tour wraps up on April 12, with a performance in Las Vegas, NV, at the House of Blues. Coincidentally, the dates Spiritualized have announced coincide with Coachella’s two weekends. Hmm…

Since their formation in 1990, Spiritualized have made seven studio albums, including 1997’s acclaimed record, Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating In Space, which NME magazine named their Album of the Year. Their latest record, Sweet Heart Sweet Life, was released on Double Six / Fat Possum Records, and peeked at No. 19 in the UK album charts and No. 60 in the US album charts. It was also named by Pitchfork as one of their top 50 albums of 2012.
