With fans already short of breath after this year’s Strangeulation, rapper Tech N9ne has announced that his always-prolific touring schedule will have a new flavor this fall when he’s backed by a live band. For the Bag of Psychos Tour, the Kansas City native will be staying well west of the Mississippi and has the appropriately-strange number 13 in his head for his lineup. His 14th and latest album was meant to demonstrate the choke hold Tech and his label mates have on the industry, and no one outside of his circle can have a good idea just how those collaborations will translate to a live band.
This run of Tech N9ne tour dates won’t feature many days off; his first of two California concerts will be at Slipknot’s Knotfest on October 26, followed by two more in Oregon. He’ll move on to Seattle before playing in Spokane on Halloween (10/31). He’ll then play a date in Idaho and Utah before returning south and San Diego’s House of Blues on November 4. Band of Psychos will round out with two shows in Arizona, one in Albuquerque, NM, and the 13th and final show November 8 at The Fillmore in Denver. If Tech N9ne decides to keep this Band of Psychos on the road for more tour dates, check back with SeatGeek for tickets and details.
