Goth-rockers The 69 Eyes have announced dates for a European tour. It comes after a recent jaunt through their homeland of Finland (apparently Finland rocks out almost as hard as Sweden) and the fall release of their 10th studio album, X. Of course, life on the road coupled with an album release is nothing new for the band, whose career has spanned nearly 25 years and is still going strong.

The “I Know What You Did Last Summer Tour” will kick off on January 26, with a show in Köln, Germany, at Essigfabrik. The band will actually spend a significant chunk of time in Germany, with seven performances in eight days. Afterword, they’ll move to Slovakia, Austria and Switzerland, with a performance at Z7 in Pratteln. Those living in Italy and France can expect to get their fair share of The 69 Eyes, also, before they wrap up the tour on February 12, with a gig at Islington Academy in London. Supporting them on the road for the German dates only will be horror-punk act The Fright.
