Jack White Plans ‘Lazaretto’ Album Release Shows
Jack White is celebrating the release of his latest album, Lazaretto, and he’s scheduled three special shows to commemorate the occasion. The renaissance musician will play a show at the Henry Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles, CA on June 10 (the day the album comes out), and then play sets at The Mayan in Los Angeles on June 11 and The Fox Theater in Pomona, CA in June 12. White is already in the midst of a summer tour, set to kick off on May 29 in Tulsa, OK at Cains Ballroom—tickets for those shows are already on sale. If you’d like to gain access to White’s Lazaretto shows, well, those tickets are on sale, too.
Though Jack White is known best for his roles as the vocalist, guitarist, and pianist of the White Stripes, he’s built himself a pretty successful (and critically acclaimed) career post-Stripes. White is a founding member of The Dead Weather (with The Kills’ Alison Mosshart), as well as a founding member of The Raconteurs. He released his debut album, Blunderbuss, in 2012. Rolling Stone listed White as No. 17 on their list of The 100 Greatest Guitarists, and he was awarded the title of “Nashville Music City Ambassador” by the city of Nashville in 2011.
