Black Sabbath “The End” Tour
It’s the final go-round for metal legends Black Sabbath, and boy is it a doozy. All original members–save for drummer Bill Ward–will hit the road this winter for an epic North American tour, beginning in Omaha on January 20 and ending in New York City on February 25. Before saying goodbye for good, they’ll perform in Australia and New Zealand for the month of April. Click here for more info.
Katt Williams “Conspiracy Theory” Tour
It was a little touch and go there for a while for Katt Williams, but lucky for us the funny-man is back in the spotlight. Williams has just announced plans for the “Conspiracy Theory” tour, which will see him perform over 50 dates around the country. First up on the list? The Colonial Life Arena in Columbia, SC, on October 2. Click here for more info.
Phish: Riviera Maya Festival
Not a tour per se, but the announcement that Phish would be performing their first-ever festival in Riviera Maya, Mexico, made big waves this week in the music world. Taking place over January 15-17, this will be the first time the band has performed out of the country since 2000, and their first trip to Mexico. Time to empty your wallets, phans, this is not going to be cheap. Click here for more info.
Swedish hardcore band Refused have spent the entire summer on the road, and they’re not slowing down anytime soon. The group has just announced string of U.S. tour dates slated for late November, sandwiched in between several European stops. The tour is in support of their latest album, Freedom, the band’s fourth release and their first since their 1998 split. Click here for more info.
