Usher Postpones European Tour
UPDATE
In what’s shaping up to be a Valentine’s Day tradition, Usher and producer Diplo released yet another new track on the annual holiday of love, chocolate and baby-making jams. Last year, the hit “Climax” dropped on February 14; this year, the new release is “Go Missin’.” Take a listen below:

This coming winter, Usher was scheduled to tour extensively across the European continent. That was before the big news of him taking over for CeeLo Green as a judge/coach on the next season of “The Voice.”
In a statement released on his website (link above), Usher states the following about his “Euphoria” tour: “The feeling of euphoria that I get when performing for you is indescribable. I love each and every one of you and thank you for being there every step of the way. I truly appreciate and am grateful for your support while I take this time to focus on my children and continue to evolve with my fans. Evolve or evaporate. Love Usher.”
Fans have been instructed to contact the venue of the shows they have purchased tickets for to handle refunds. Tickets will not be honored for the new dates. News of these new dates for the cancelled shows have yet to be announced, but speculation has it that the dates will take place in the fall.

No, those aren’t Twitter reactions to Usher’s recent announcement of upcoming 2013 concert dates: They’re a few of the hits fans can expect to hear live during the superstar’s Euphoria World Tour. Usher will jet-set across the Atlantic in support of his most recent album, Looking 4 Myself, for a series of European shows beginning in early January. First up, Amsterdam will sample the singer’s smooth stylings on the 18th, followed by several cosmopolitan hubs throughout Western Europe, including London and Paris, with the series finally reaching its climax in Nice, France, at the Palais Nikaia March 4.
